    could not do baqkc squats because of left shoulder. i will be real glad when Asa can get me range of motion back.

    Breakfast - 2 tbls apple cider vinager in 4 oz pomegranet juice, apple
    Snack - no snack
    Lunch - three scrambled eggs
    Snack - carrots
    Dinner - salad
    drank 1 gallon of water with lemon

  8. The cheater I am raked up a hefty 8:21 (i think)on my wod after eating flatbread yesterday. After slapping myself repeatedly I am much better now! Back to paleo today & feeling fly!
