Get Ready for Fight Gone Bad


Fight Gone Bad

3 rounds of max reps of each:
wall ball
SDHP
box jumps
push press
row for calories

One minute at each station. The clock does not stop between exercises. One minute break between rounds.
1 point for each rep.
1 point for each calorie rowed

On September 17th, 2011, CrossFitters from around the world will come together to endure 17 minutes of one of our most grueling workouts in honor of those men and women who have given a lifetime of service and sacrifice.  We are partnering up with CrossFit Garland, CrossFit Rockwall, and CrossFit White Rock to host the Fight Gone Bad 6 Event this year!!  Anyone can sign up for this event.  The workouts will be scaled to your ability...don't worry!

Our event will be located at the Fire Administration Building, 1500 Highway 66, Garland Texas from 8:30am - 11:30am on Saturday, September 17, 2011. 
There will be vendors, food, music and other CrossFitters who share your passion at the event!!!

Don't want to do the workout?  Even though we totally think you should, you can email me if you want to volunteer.  We'll need some help out there on the 17th!
