Paleo Challenge Day 2

  1. The afternoon class has something to shoot for today! Dale destroyed this!! Never seen you push it so hard!!

  2. Woot, Go Dale! Paleo day 2: big suprise...eggs and bacon...lunch is spring mix leafy greens, tomato, guac and steak.

  3. Heard about Dale's awesome performance this morning!! Dale, you need to post it on here!!! Eggs, bacon, and mushrooms for breakfast. Coffee now. Grass fed burger for lunch. Something paleo delicious for dinner!

  4. Let the Paleo Games begin!! Awesome job team :)

  5. I see nice steady improvement in workouts, i see nice steady weight loss with paleo.

  7. today i ate 2 pieces bacon and a peach breakfast lunch, salad with baked chicken oil vinagar lemon dressing. 2 boiled eggs, and watermelon snack.dinner was porkchop, asperagus and mushrooms.i broil my aspergus with spray oliveoil and little bit of lite salt and pepper for 5 min, i did the same with the mushrooms they turned out really good, and took no time at all!see yall tomorrow!!!
