  1. Morning workout at home
    Warm up
    200 meter run
    200 gobblet squats for time
    20 lb weight
    Time 10:45
    afternoon workout at home
    3 mile walk/run
    Apple cider vinegar in 4 oz tomato juice this morning before workout
    Breakfast – three eggs
    Snack – no snack
    Lunch – banana
    Snack – no snack – in parade
    Dinner – salad, fish, green beans
    Drank 1.5 gallons of water with lemon
