Sugar: The Bitter Truth

  2. b: 3 eggs with spinach
    Lunch 1: turkey burger (no bun) 1/2 avacado, mixed veggies
    Lunch 2: another turkey burger (no bun) 1/2 avacado
    snack: fat cake (frozen coconut shredded with coconut oil)
    snack 2: raspberries and pineapple with coconut milk
    dinner: salmon, mixed sauteed veggies, mashed butternut squash

    eating a lot these days!!!

  3. a day late...ooops! eggs and bacon for breakfast. buffalo chili for lunch. turkey and veggies for dinner. had a banana for a snack and some almonds. lots and lots and lots and lots of water! that's lotsa water!!!!!!!
