We are partnering up with CrossFit Garland, CrossFit Rockwall, and CrossFit White Rock to host Fight Gone Bad 6 this year at the Fire Administration Building, 1500 Highway 66, Garland Texas from 8:30am - 11:30am on Saturday, September 17, 2011. 
There will be vendors, food, music and other CrossFitters who share your passion at the event!!!  Bring your friends and family!

  2. tuesday! steak and an egg for breakfast. paleo roast in the crockpot for dinner,with carrots and a sweet potatoe. went for a 2 mile run this morning too! could not sleeep good last night, shoulders were just worn out from the WOD. had to take some motrin. good day:)
