    Paleo
    Apple cider vinegar in 4 oz tomato juice this morning before workout.
    Breakfast – three scrambled eggs with bell pepper
    Snack – none
    Lunch – cantaloupe
    Snack – almonds
    Dinner – salad with organic baby spinach and almond slivers, low cal raspberry vinaigrette
    Drank 1 gallon of water with lemon
