5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

  1. My results today were 7 rounds + 5
    pull-ups were to chest using black and red band
    did push ups on knees but kept back straight and core tight
    My results on 4-25 when I started the boot camp was 5 rounds + 15. At that time I was doing ring rows because i could not do pull-ups and I did push-ups on my knees but my back was not straight.

  2. Wow Dale! That is an awesome improvement! Don't forget, you have full range of motion on those squats now too!
