My results today were 7 rounds + 5pull-ups were to chest using black and red banddid push ups on knees but kept back straight and core tightMy results on 4-25 when I started the boot camp was 5 rounds + 15. At that time I was doing ring rows because i could not do pull-ups and I did push-ups on my knees but my back was not straight.
Wow Dale! That is an awesome improvement! Don't forget, you have full range of motion on those squats now too!
