Holiday Drinks and a Massage!!!


AMRAP 15 minutes:
6 Deadlift
7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings  
Run 200 meters

Eating and drinking is a major way to celebrate the holidays.  You don't have to go overboard and eat everything in sight! We will continue to post some Paleo versions of holiday treats through the New Year.
