AMRAP 3 minutes:
5 Push Press 115/65 lb
10 SDHP

Rest 2 minutes;
AMRAP 3 minutes:
Push ups x 5 reps
Pull-ups x 5 reps

    I accomplished my goal on the whiteboard last night! 5 handstand push ups!!!! YAHOOOOO!!!!!
