12 Kettlebell swing 
9 Power clean 95/65
6 Pull ups

Do you get upset when you cannot complete a WOD rx'd? Rx'd workouts are programmed for elite CrossFitters. We scale the workouts based on each individual athlete's abilities. We take strengths, weaknesses, experience, and overall health into consideration.  It is our goal that everyone is challenged without getting injured! You should still get in a pretty darn good workout even when the WOD is scaled. Please read more about scaling and ego!

    awww look at that oh so cute $75,000.00 brooch by Tiffany's! Did you guys all pitch in to get that for me for Christmas? awww...y'all are so nice!!

    OH, and we need some nicknames. That's one of my goals for 2012...nicknames for everyone! : )
