    This morning I did the following from home:
    20 ground to overhead (70lbs)
    400m run
    20 pushups

    15 ground to overhead (70lbs)
    400m run
    15 pushups

    10 ground to overhead (70lbs)

    10 pushups
    for time: 22:28

    Other wise I could just post what I've eatin:
    B-6 eggs, black coffee
    L-brisket with carrots and sweet potatoes, coconut larabar, raw carrot, apple and black coffee

    S-sliced apple with almond butter
    D-3 eggs with red onion, tomato, spinach, & carrots, water & more water :)

    B - scrambled eggs w/spinach, mushroom, breakfast sausage
    L - paleo spaghetti
    S - banana and some paleo trail mix
    D - chicken stir fry with mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, onions, and jalepenos

    eating spicy is pretty much the way i make it through these challenges. i feel like even though i use other spices i cant taste anything so i throw cayenne in everything
