Paleo Flowsheet


WOD

5 rounds for time:

5 Pike push ups
30 Hollow flutters
30 Arch flutters
15 Thrusters (med ball or KB)

  1. Hopefully the above flow chart clears up most of your questions you still have! :)

    ALSO, PLEASE REMEMBER an "active" rest day is better than a "passive" rest day for a number of reasons:

    1) if you post your active rest, then you get +15 points for your team;

    2) active rest, which is stretching, foam rolling, walking, or any other creative mobility you can come up with or might even find, like: http://www.mobilitywod.com/
    is proven to give better and faster recovery. This means you can decrease your "soreness" and increase your "strengthening" rate...
