Squat




Watch this video, accumulate 10 minutes at the bottom of the squat today, post that you did it, and earrn 50 extra points for your team! Check out this website to find tons of awesome mobility videos!

    I did the 10 minute squat! I actually call that the Asian squat lol don't act like you guys have never seen other Asians do it lol

    I'm guess this week will bring HOLLOW ROCKS since you said a "dog can do it" and posted a picture of the puppy doing it. If I'm right do I win some points? lol
