    Also did Deadlift - worked up to 220lbs did 3 at that weight. HEAVY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    breakfast - eggs bacon banana coffee
    snack - kale and sweet potato soup
    lunch - chicken with a bunch of greens
    snack - banana
    dinner - not sure yet???

  4. Dang. Jami nice job on.deadlift! I did those today, no Max out, but I did 85 lbs. Lower body weight lifting, abs, stretching, anddry sauna sweating.

    l: burger patty lean. Nuts and seeds.
    D: salmon, bacon wrapped sweetpotato'sbaked in oven.so good!
    snack: lara bar, grapes
    and I ran 2 miles on treadmill.
