    Then in ten minutes did:
    150 double unders
    100 box jumps
    27 push press @65lbs

    B- freakin woke up late so had banana and cashews
    L-huge salad w lots of chicken

    GO TEAM!!!!!!! Soooooo close!!!!
    D-paleo chipotle salad w lots of guacamole!!
