The end is near...



WOD
Get those last hollow rocks in before midnight tonight! Make sure to email or text your team coach with your total tomorrow!

Do you plan on stuffing your face with donuts and ice cream next week? We certainly hope not! Our hope is that you started to feel great while eating really good food during this challenge. You learned the proper way to fuel your body for the athletic demands of CrossFit. Maybe some of you even lost some weight and inches along the way!
The only way to figure out what an optimal diet is for you is to experiment and observe. The best way to do that is to remove the “grey area” foods you suspect you might have trouble ... (usually 30 days is sufficient), and add them back in one at a time and observe your reactions.

    did more wedding errands...i had to lift and load 6 50# bags of rice and like 30+ 12 packs of soda....my arms ache
