    I attended the 5:45am Crossfit class. I weighed and measured myself and wrote it in my book. Came home and had my first meal of the day. 2 oz of steak, 1/2 cup of fresh yellow squash, 3 almonds, and 8oz water. Are we really to have NO SALT? Please tell me what some of you use to flavor your food. I used pepper and garlic but I'm still missing my salt taste. I put on 12 eggs to boil for future meals. FYI: Did you know instead of timing your boiled eggs, that when they start boiling, you can turn them off and cover them. When they cool, they will be done. No more worrying about how long to boil them. It works! Heard it on a cooking show.
