    Here is my post for today:
    B-eggs, bacon, fuit, nuts (5pts if I weren't a coach)
    L-no bun burger, salad
    S-fruits, veggies, coffee
    D-fruits, veggies
    Total possible points 20 which we would get, since no cheats!

      Now that I'm going back and reading.....it's either 20 or 25. So fruit can be your dessert and your snack and you can get 10pts vs 5pts?

      But.....if you skip/have no breakfast, lunch,or dinner, I heard you get zero points for those meals. Is this right? We will all get this down and quit bothering yall. Just gotta be sure!

    I heard it was a max of 20 pts daily. 5pts for 100% Paleo breakfast, 5pts for 100% Paleo lunch, and 5pts for 100% Paleo dinner 5pts for a 100% Paleo snack. If you skip a meal or if it's not 100% Paleo, NO POINTS for that meal. Am I correct?

      Asa: All 5 of us have posted. GREAT!!! I'm a little confused on the dessert points....if we eat 100% Paleo we do get all 25 pts ???? but what if we don't have a dessert and just have brk, lunch, dinner, and a snack? Some did not list a dessert but did eat a fruit so I'd count it as a dessert. I think the dessert is confusing and is gonna make me eat more to get it in. Was this message clear as mud? Sorry! I just want to be 100% sure on what to do and for all of us to do it right and do you PROUD!!!

    BREAKFAST: 2oz of steak, 1/2 cup squash, 3 almonds
    SNACK: boiled egg, 3 macadamia nuts
    LUNCH: 3 almonds, 1/2 cup of Salmon, 1 orange, 1 cup of brussel spouts, 3 cherries
    DINNER: lettuce topped w/bell pepper (no dressing :-( boo hoo), 1.5 cups of homemade spaghetti sauce*
    DESSERT: few cherries, grapefruit, 5 almonds
    TOTAL POINTS: 20 or 25 whichever it is ??
    * I went to a fundraiser tonight and watched others eat their pasta, bread, dessert, and wine. NOT ME!

    Brk: 3 bacon (90 calories), 1 boiled egg, 3 almonds
    Snack: cup of mixed peaches/pear/watermelon
    Lunch: hamburger patty, 1/3 cucumber, 10 cheeries
    Snack: Dozen cooked shrimp, 5 almonds
    Dinner: hamburger patty, cooked yellow squash
    Dessert: Banana, grapes
    This is going to be a longgggggggggggg month and I cut out sugar, flour, fried foods back in January.
