  12. We just made Darlene's vegetable recipe! We used cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Spread them out on a baking sheet with some olive oil and spices and covered with foil. We cooked them on the grill instead of the oven.

    Sooooooooooooo delicious!!!! We took the foil off to cook for a few minutes to let the vegetables carmelize on the tops!

      So sorry husband and I missed the workout. I should have left him home sick and went any way. What did yall do for the WOD? Pete, you should have called me, I would have talked you into those other 10 Burpees. LOL! Have a great week. P.S. NO more free workouts for you if it makes you too sore for point burpees.       You can try all diff ones too.... Onions, bell peppers, squash, carrots, etc..... I bet yours were yummy!! I love Brussel sprouts! I haven't tried cauliflower yet. I have put acorn and spaghetti squash in there too. I just cut them in half.
