    Today's 5:45am workout was awesome! I have NEVER in my life done 100 squats in a day, much less 200. WOW!!! I sure look forward to the day that I can jog/run the 400m w/out stopping. Food/drink points:25 Sleep: 0
    I only got to sleep 1am to 5am. Something I need to work on. Have a Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat evening everyone!
