Coconut Oil

  1. Team points (average per person):

    Asa's Aces: 660

    Brandon's Brawny Barbarians: 613

    Amy's Hollow Rockstars: 525

    Jami's First Class: 448

Not posting means having to average in zeroes! That really brings a team average down.

Apparently we have some points to add back in because people couldn't post, but texted their points to their coaches. I will update again when I get these points from the coaches!

I will keep updating team points every few days from this point on!

  2. Check out the link to for coconut oil.

    Does anyone cook with it?

I keep some in the kitchen for cooking. I keep another jar in the bathroom and use it as a moisturizer! You guys didn't know Asa and I are actually 84 years old. Coconut oil is good for the skin!

    1. Healthy saturated fat and stable at high heat, it's the ONLY oil I cook with! (I save the olive oil for salad dressing and other cold foods.)

I have used it on my skin but don't do so routinely. Perhaps I'll start!

    3. I love cooking with it! Have not tried it on my skin though. I'll have to give it a try!

    4. I don't use it everyday. Probably a few times a week.

I remember reading that you should not put anything on your skin that you wouldn't put in your mouth. Sounds like a good rule to me!

I have put it in my hair too as a conditioner. Obviously had to wash it out before going anywhere!

I'll have ti try it again. I tried it in eggs before and it made them too sweet. What mainly do you cook with yours? When I purchased the jar, the salesperson said he used it as a moisturizer. I'd love to cook with it if I'll like the taste.

It might be the kind that you bought. I have expreller pressed coconut oil from Tropical Traditions (bought it online). Has no smell or flavor.

How do you know if someone takes Crossfit?
Because its all the heck they talk about!! Lol!!!
Now, what is it called when one pulls over at 6:50a.m. to hand a jogger a Grand Opening card and invites them to crossfit ? Crossfit Crazy Maybe! Yes, I did this today. :-) I may have given them out to two other joggers too but was out of cards. Gave others out in Barber shop yesterday. :-)
