Paleo Post Wod Snackers



Here is a great quickstart guide by Robb Wolf. Check out his website for tons of great info on the Paleo diet!

  1. Clarification:

    Thought I would make this more simple!

    5 pts- breakfast
    5pts-lunch
    5pts-dinner
    5pts-snacks
    5pts- drinks

    25pts-total each day

    So, a dessert can just be included with a meal or snack!

    3. Paleo enchiladas:

      chicken thighs
      cumin
      cayenne
      chili powder
      onion
      sweet potatoes
      can of tomatoes

      I cook the chicken for a few hours first, then try to shredd it with a fork.

      Later add the sweet potatoes, onions and tomatoes.

      I used the recipe in the first link, just put it in a slow cooker and added sweet potatoes!

    5. Recipe looks great...have to think about cooking...LOL...Rikki sent me a recipe today for cookies. She checked Brandon and it is all Paleo...yeah for a treat!!! Day 2 has gone well...All Paleo for Breakfast lunch, and snack so far...will post total points tonight..Go all you Barbarians!!!!

      Legal cookie....per Brandon

      1 cup almond butter
      1 cup coconut crystals
      1 egg
      1 tsp vanilla

      Mix together. Roll into ball and smash on greased cookie sheet or wax paper on a cookie sheet.

      Bake 350 for 12,mins.

    L: Organic salad with 1/2 Mango, raspberry vinegaraitte

    I re-learned a valuable lesson this morning, You can't over eat paleo style! I wanted to fill up on free breakfast this morning but when I was full that was it. I could have kept eating all day if I'd indulged in all the tons of toxic non-paleo crud though...

      Asa: Earlier when I went to post, I did NOT see a place to post for June 2nd. It only showed June 1st and that's where 4 our your ASA's ACES posted for today. Anabel posted here. So, all 5 of have posted but 4 of us posted in the wrong place. When I went back to check a few minutes later, then I saw the place to post for today. WEIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great weekend. I will see yall Tuesday. Leaving for Louisiana tomorrow and will be back Monday evening.

  16. Day 2 - 25 points! Woot Woot!

    Can't seem to find a good mix with my coffee. Tried coconut milk, almond milk and honey but all seem to taste funny. Any suggestions for this???
