Hi Amy. Well.....I did the row, and the thrusters (45lb bar) but I used the green band for pull ups which I was told after words by our coach that is the last time I will be on the green band, I am moving to the purple band. But I finished 14:18. Not too bad for my first run in with Jackie.
You go Rikki. Tonight was my first real crossfit class after graduating from bootcamp. :-) It was tough but I LOVE IT!!! I'm a full fledge CrossFitter now!! Thanks to ALL the Coaches at NM Cross Fit.

I went on a trip and took plenty of things to eat....celery, almonds, bell peppers, cherries, cucumbers, peaches, carrots, apples. I even took some roasted squash/sweet potatoes/onions/carrrots in a few small bowls and ate them cold. Yum!! 25 pts~Asa's Aces
