    I did the modified version........10 of everything to the best of my ability and then jumped rope 85 times doing singles. I have not mastered the Du's yet. I was doing some good jumping today. I usually can only go about 5 times w/out missing. I went a straight 50 the first time and 35 the second time. I think that it was because I was determined to do something since I stunk at jumping pull-ups and knees to elbows. Sorry for my whining today. I was scared of falling off the box up at the bar and scared of the ball hitting me in the nose on the wall ball shots. I WILL improve though. I WILL!! I WILL! So nice to see you today Kristi! Thanks for class today Asa. You rock as usual!

    1. Darlene is was great seeing you too. You did great!!! We all have issues with differnt workouts. You did awsome on jump rope. I haven't mastered that!! We will both improve!
