  1. i have been missing working out with everyone. I am in Sweetwater taking care of my mom who is very sick with dizzy spells that has caused her to fall twice. I am working out though and doing the WODS at a local gym, thanks for posting them. Today I warmed up with 1 mile on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the elliptical and some weight lifting. My time on Today's WOD was 25:42 - missed it by a little but I am sure that if I had had Amy or Jami pushing me I would have done better. Hope to be back in about two weeks.
