Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
5 Power cleans, then
Max rep sit ups on the odd minutes
Max rep push ups on the even minutes

score =total number of push ups and sit ups

    push-ups...UGH!! I think there was one round where I only got 1 in!! Good workout! Fun working out with the 9:30am crew!
