"Tabata Something Else"
20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest.
The first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.
We work out hard and need to make sure that we are fueling our bodies properly to see optimal results. Our next Paleo challenge will begin on October 15th and end on November 10th.

Start today by eliminating all grains from your diet including:
Cereals or grains – All forms of cereal grains such as barley, corn, millet, oats, rice, rye, sorghum, wheat, wild rice, and all foods made of cereal products are to be avoided.
Grain-like seeds – Amaranth, buckwheat and quinoa
