No Saturday class tomorrow!

Snatch skill work
7 minute AMRAP 
 teams of 3
Push ups
Lung walks
KB swings
 Person one does push-ups while person two is lunge walking to 3rd team member. 3rd team member is doing KB swings. Tag team WOD. Teams keep track of push-ups and KB swings for score.

Remember there will be NO Saturday class tomorrow at the box! Many of us are running the 5k! If you did not sign up for the race, run a 5k on your own and post your time on facebook!
