30 Paleo-Friendly Slow Cooker Recipes
You might come across some "Paleo" recipes that have non-Paleo ingredients. Skip those ingredients or simply scratch that dish altogether. Just because someone calls chocolate pudding "Paleo" does not mean that you can eat it on this challenge! Use your better judgement.
Remember, the point of this challenge is to fuel our bodies with nutritious and delicous Paleo foods so that we can see performance improvements in our wods, physical changes in our bodies, think more clearly, sleep better, do calculus better, run faster and jump higher.
What to expect this week:
Food is like a drug. More specifically, sugar is like crack! Expect to have some cravings this week. You can even expect to feel a little sluggish, moody, or even have headaches. Stay strong, this will all pass. You might think you need a donut or a bowl of cereal. Instead cook some scrambled eggs with avacado and steamed broccoli! Eat a handful of almonds and let your coworkers pig out on the chocolate. The cravings will pass and you will feel stronger than ever!
