Friday- 9am only
Saturday- 9:30am CrossFit class, 10:30am competition class

  1. Christmas Abbott is amazing and if I even thought I would have a prayer to be in that kind of shape at my age..........I would be in high training but.......I don't think the odd are in my favor......not that I want give it a hell of a try.......haaaaaaaaaa!
