For time:
50 Box jumps
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions or supermans
50 Double unders

"Today’s youngsters are more apt to play videos games than do anything that is physically challenging."  Make sure to watch the entire video! We need to incorporate the slides at the end into a wod.
