Max reps (or calories), rest 60 seconds between each station:4 Minute Row for Calories
3 Minutes of Push Ups
2 Minutes of Bodyweight Back Squat (3/4 bodyweight for females)
1 Minute of 135/95 lb. shoulder to overhead

The first workout will be a competition between our current members with three scaled divisions.
The following three will be FREE workouts for anyone wishing to participate!
