    Happy Thursday! It is very motivating reading all the success stories everyone one is having with the Challenge. It is also very inspiring to read the success stories of our coaches. I guess I never think of our coaches having to deal with the same issues we have during the challenge. What's great is they have gone through the ups and downs just like we do and they have over come and so can we!! Thanks for sharing all the success stories it really does motivate me to stay on track.

  3. Recovery day much needed! I am so sore! Going to do some cooking for the weekend!

    1. Amy, for some reason I was thinking you coached on Thursdays and I was going to see you at the noon class. Boo for me, but good for you to get your cooking done! I haven't figured out the cook ahead thing yet...need to work on that!

    2. I coach the 5am and 5:45am on Thursdays. I usually hang around and do the 9am too. Sorry I missed you!
      Got side tracked and am just starting cooking now!
