This is weird not seeing a post from Kristi. Hope everyone had a great weekend! I've been off track with my Paleo, but I have prepped and planned and I am ready for a strong week 5 :)
Spinach....who knew it would begin to be my "go to" @ breakfast! (along with proper amounts of protein and fat, of course!)
Love spinach at breakfast time! Especially with eggs and bacon!

Lynda-I love spinach! I have been throwing tons of it into omeletsWow- only 2 weeks left! Everyone should be on autopilot now, right? Kidding, I know variety has been an issue with some. Google Paleo recipes! Tons of recipes out there! Let's get creative in these last 2 weeks! I made bacon wrapped dates today! I have to be careful with those, I can eat too many!
