A) Back Squat 1x20
(only if you missed yesterday)
A) Mobilize
B) Max effort strict pull ups x 3 sets
rest 2 min between sets
(4-5 slow negatives if no pull up)

C) EMOM 12 min alternating:
Odd: 5 Overhead Squats
Even: Sprint 50m
Battle of the Boxes
CrossFit FCH v CrossFit North Mesquite

    Rise and Shine........the challenge is coming to an end but that doesn't mean we have to stop eating healthy. You know what they say if it's not broke don't fix it so..........if your feeling good stay the course. Have a great Tuesday!

  2. My son asked me today if I've "enjoyed" the challenge. Not sure "enjoyed" is the correct word, but I am enjoying the benefits and things I've learned.
