"CLASS TIME TEAM WARS 13.4"

A) EMOM 5 min:
3 Front Squat @ 75-80%

B) For 10 rounds Every 2 minutes complete:
5 burpees to a plate
10 air squats
15 sit ups
Score only completed rounds.

C) 2 min in straddle (lay on back, butt against wall)

  2. Yes! Be safe! If you are still in town tomorrow, join us for a workout! All morning classes and noon class are on! Evening classes will be closed!

    5lb PR on the back squat today at 180lb! Lots of snatch practice too. 5 reps at 100lb, then 1 at 110lb.

    Great job to Yansi too! She PR'd on her birthday!
