A) PVC snatch practice, then DB snatch practice (from ground to overhead, power snatch)
B) 15 min amrap
20 push ups
50 double unders/150 singles 
40 one arm DB snatches
50 double unders/150 singles
60 box jumps  50 double unders/ 150 singles
80 air squats
 
earn 1 point for each exercise completed

  • Breakfast: spinach and mushroom omelet
  • Lunch: chicken and vegetable stir-fry with cauliflower rice
  • Snack: fresh fruit, hard-boiled egg, nuts
  • Dinner: grilled salmon, baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli

  1. Happy Monday. I hope everyone had a nice weekend. It is hard to believe 2014 is in a few days. Wow......were did the time go??? It always feels good to start a fresh New Year. With new hopes, dreams and goals. Speaking of goals......I hope everyone is planning on signing up for the New Year-New You 2014 Challenge. It is going to be Great!!! Have a great Monday.

  2. Curious to see which class wins the final "Class Time Team Wars"! Brandon and Jackie were wrapping it up during the 6:30 class when I left!

    BS 5 sets of 3 reps with a 3 sec pause at the bottom-155lb
    BS 20 reps at 115lb- then I fell to the ground!
