  1. Hey there. The New Year-New You Challenge is alive and Happening......YEA!!! It looks great and I am very excited! I am so ready to put all this unhealthy eating behind me......well let me say it is already behind me.....if you know what I mean!! I am ready to start feeling better, looking better and feeling stronger! I hope all of you are ready for this is going to be the best one yet!!!

    1. My goal for this year is....... not having to make this years goal of eating healthy,feeling better and getting stronger my goal for 2015!! I want to make 2014 my year of making this my way of living!! Not just for the challenge but for life!!

    I am looking forward to participating in the upcoming challenge! It's going to be a blast! Hopefully we can help everyone transition from the challenge into real life with ease so we will all stay on track together for the entire year and beyond!

    My motto for the New Year is going to be "Make it Happen"! (borrowed from Charmaine!) I feel like I am always setting goals and coming up with cool ideas, but not following through to the end on much of it! Charmaine said "Make it Happen" today and it really struck a chord!

    So, whatever your goal is- "MAKE IT HAPPEN"!!!
