Good Morning. Yesterdays women's class was great. I've been nursing some injuries and yesterday I was able to add a little weight to my shoulder press!! YEA..... It was very exciting for me. Thanks to all the coaches especially Amy for all my modification WOD's and helping me to understand it is o.k. to modify!!! There were alot of PR's yesterday ..........way to go ladies!!!! The only words to describe yesterdays Challenge workout session is................ burn baby burn............our butts that is!!! :-) It was a great workout! :-) Amy and Charmaine.............my butt Thanks you! :-)Get outside today cuz the nice weather will not last long...............Old Mr Winter will be back tomorrow!!! :-) Have a awesome day!!!
Not fair having to miss these specialty classes! But did enjoy chilling with Asa :) Got a 2 hour nap yesterday, too. Awesome Saturday!! Looking forward to an equally awesome Sunday.
Definitely enjoying my rest day...just did foam rolling session and feel great. If you have a foam roller at home get on it for a few minutes - helps increase range of motion, fewer aches and pains, and faster recovery from hard workouts.
