  1. Happy Thursday! :-) I We are well into our 3rd week of the challenge. I hope everyone if feeling well. It's another cold morning so be sure to bundle up

  2. Yesterday turned into my rest day, but I couldn't pass up the Sally Up Goblet squats with the 6:30pm class! That was awesome and painful. Accessory work 100 back extensions.

    Not doing as well as I'd like on sleep, but will keep working at it!

    Hope everyone is seeing the results they had hoped for this challenge. So far I've gained weight and feel a ton stronger!!

  3. I'm sad I just got home from work and missed the 6:30 pm WOD! :-( I hate it when work gets in my way. I will do something at the house before I go to bed. I hope everyone had a great day.
