We are going into our 3rd week of the challenge. I hope everyone is feeling leaner,healthier and stronger. I know I am.........thanks for all the encouraging words and all the help from the coach's.   2. Awesomely challenging workout this morning. Thanks for working out with me Jennifer. Yay Burpees! 7 rounds Rx. My arms are smoked from pullups yesterday but still held on. Give yourself a pat on the back if you have already done this WOD today.

  5. snatch work today
    5x5 increasing weight and finishing with 90lbs (surprised at how light 90lb is feeling, it felt pretty heavy a few months ago!)

    Made lots of baked chicken, brussel sprouts, and carrots today! Dinner was awesome!
