  1. Good sure to hold the wheel with both hands the wind is really blowing outside! I hope everyone had a great weekend. They sure go fast. We are going into our 3rd week of the challenge. I hope everyone is feeling leaner,healthier and stronger. I know I am.........thanks for all the encouraging words and all the help from the coach's. It's baby steps but I'm o.k. with that! :-) Have a great day and even better week!


  2. Awesomely challenging workout this morning. Thanks for working out with me Jennifer. Yay Burpees! 7 rounds Rx. My arms are smoked from pullups yesterday but still held on. Give yourself a pat on the back if you have already done this WOD today.

    5x5 increasing weight and finishing with 90lbs (surprised at how light 90lb is feeling, it felt pretty heavy a few months ago!)

    Made lots of baked chicken, brussel sprouts, and carrots today! Dinner was awesome!
