SKILL EMOM 6 MIN
2 power snatch, 2 OHS, hold bottom of squat for 10 seconds (use bar only, no weight)
 
For Time:
30 burpees to plate
50 ft HS Walk (100ft bear crawl)
50 alternating pistols (scale to a box, or 100 air squats)
50 ft HS Walk (100ft bear crawl)
30 burpees to plate
 
TEST: Unbroken Wall Balls
 
We will occasionally post testing or "icing". These are optional and can be completed after class.

  1. Good Morning.....I got to sleep in a little my office isn't opening until 10:00 due to the weather!! YEA!! If you are having to get out on the roads today please drive safe. It sounds like it might get worse as the day goes on. Have a great day and stay safe and warm! :-)

  3. From 0 to 50 pistols in one WOD! Say What? I know I wouldn't have believed it if I did not see it with my own eyes. Yeah, Yansi threw down 50 pistols today and she has never practiced this movement. For those of you who don't know what a pistol is, it's a one legged squat which requires a great amount of core and leg strength, balance and coordination. For someone who has never really practiced a pistol, to get 50 is amazing in my book.
    We also have some gymnasts, namely Lee and Samary. They both walked 100ft on their hands. Very cool to see!

  5. Well.....Colton and I missed the wod at the box, but we did it at his gym! the only thing is he MISREAD the wod and we did 2 sets of 50 pistol squats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......i was so mad when i looked at the wod after lol. Last time I listen to him! haha
