1 rope climb (scale 10 Strict pull-ups or 10 ring rows)

100ft lunge walks
20 mountain climbers
10 muscle ups (scale 10 Strict Pull-ups or 10 ring rows)
10 goblet squats
20 American KB swings

  2. Finally finished 6 week strict pull ups:
    15-13-12-10-max only 10, first two sets not bad with 2-4 min rest between. Dehydrated today! Don't forget water, it makes everything harder!!
