FREE workout Saturday at 9am.

WOD 14.5

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters 95/65

This workout begins from the standing position with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. Using a ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is not allowed. Every second counts in this workout. Your score will the the time it takes to complete all 168 repetitions. There is no time cap for this workout.

    Hopefully will get to do tomorrow, if not then I will do it on Monday.
    Today I did 100 KB swings in the garage. (45#) broken into sets between playing with little Asa.

  3. Glad I was able to complete the last workout of the open. I wanted to quit during the workout but I told myself to shut up and do it. My goal was to finish in less that 20 min and I was able to do it in 17:57. Can't wait til next year's open.
