  5. I've been reading everyone's posts but been slacking with my own. I love all these yoga poses, and yes we need to bring yoga back! Maybe our Thursday 6:30 pm class I'll start teaching....

I've been working on my Fuzz for about 2 weeks straight of sleeping on the floor, and today is the first day my quads are starting to feel great!!

I just did the balance test 00:45 sec on each leg. That was tough!

  6. It appears one of my legs is older than the other...left leg was 17 seconds and right leg was almost twice as long. I really need to work on "balance"! lol

  7. I apparently need to work on my balance. Although, I was at work and was barefoot so I think I would have done much better with supportive shoes on (maybe). I was well below where I should have been to be in my 40s. I will be working tomorrow morning, but look forward to seeing some posts about the completion of the challenge. Go Team Amy!

I'm right handed so I thought that would be my stronger side. anyway...once I had to catch myself I called time. Looking forward to tomorrow for the test WOD.
Thanks to Charmaine and the winning coach Amy for all the great support! You guys are awesome coaches....
