Memorial Weekend Schedule:

We will be closed Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
We will do a hero wod at 9am on Monday if you want to get a workout in!

Olympic lifting classes begin in June! If you are a lifter who needs some extra time on the bar, a beginner in need of direction, or a CrossFitter looking to lift heavier and more efficiently, barbell classes are for you! Incoming members to the classes must have taken the Olympic lifting technique workshops.

If you are interested in attending the classes or attending a future workshop, contact George or Amy.

George and Amy will be coaching the Olympic lifting classes. George and Amy are both USA Weightlifting certified Level 1 Sports Performance coaches. George specializes in Olympic lifting and lower body strength.  He has over 40 years of personal experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting. See what he can help you accomplish!

This is our last week of the challenge. Think of it as your last rep in a workout......Make It Happen!!
