EMOM 8 min
5 Med ball Sit ups + 8 Wall balls

Accumulate time in each position:
Hollow hold 1 min
Arch hold 1 min
Handstand hold 1 min (modify with plank)
Bottom of squat 3 min
Ring support 1 min
