  1. TGIF.....YEA!!! It's been another crazy workweek but it's almost over!!

    I'm looking forward to the women's class tomorrow. I've missed it the last couple of weeks and look forward to seeing everyone. :-)

  2. I am super excited about getting pistols but it is all due to great coaches and great programming. The ankle mobility stretching helped tremendously! The last time pistols were in a WOD I was not able to do one! *Super excited

    2. And I have to add that Alma's pistols were beautiful! I was confused when she was doing them because they did not look like "new" pistols! She was solid with the weight on her heels! Got them on video! Will be on the blog soon!

  3. WOD for me was tons of mobility at home, 2 miles of walking, lots of pull ups at home between studying and some toddler squats. Got 100 on my test, so I think the study/mobility/wod combo works! My brain must have been more turned on since I was stretching my calves, squatting, and doing pull ups while studying!

    Should not be up this late! Need to get rest for the big day tomorrow!
