Jerk 5x3 60% of 1rm bs

Endurance
20 light presses + 200m run
Repeat x4, rest as needed

Metcon
For time:
20 push press 95/65
20 burpee pull ups
10 push press
10 burpee pull ups
10 pull ups

Cool down: opposite knees to elbows practice

    That was a fun workout. Maybe not RX since my burpees were sideways in an effort to avoid laying flat on my protruding stomach! But I went all the way to the ground!
